Mumbai Monorail

Ansaldo-STS Malaysia This project was for the provision of signalling associated with the new Mumbai Monorail. MGBI were responsible for developing the generic signal design strategy with Ansaldo and then progress those designs into the final product. Oct 2010 – Feb 2011

Red Line Tender Thailand

Ansaldo-STS Italy MGBI were responsible for developing the stage work strategy for Bang Sue Yard, Rangsit and the interface areas. Scheme plans were produced identifying strategic train paths that were required to be maintained during each stage of the project. Dec 2010 – Jan 2011

Bells Gate

ARTC-Ansaldo-STS Network Control Systems Alliance This project was for the provision of a new passing loop with simultaneous entry. MGBI are responsible for the development of the scheme plan and the production and independent checking of all relevant signalling circuit and Microlok II data designs; commissioning design support and updating of as-built records to reflect changes and comments in the certified commissioning copies of the drawings. Feb 2011 – May 2011

Bengalla & Koolbury

Ulan Line 3 Loops

Braefield Crossing Loop

ARTC-ASTS Network Control System Alliance AANCSA required the crossing loop at Braefield, decommissioned about ten years ago, to be reinstated and extended. This loop was designed and commissioned by adapting the existing free-wired interlocking. Mar to Oct 2009

Bylong Crossing Loop

ARTC-ASTS Network Control System Alliance Bylong Project required the construction of a new crossing loop at Bylong interfacing with existing interlockings at Kerrabee and Coggan Creek. MGB’s scope of works included production and production check of scheme design, production of MicroLok data, provision of commissioning design support and update of as-built records. Mangoola Crossing Loop

MGB Signalling Ltd Mangoola Project required the construction of a new crossing loop at Mangoola interfacing with existing interlockings at Coggans Creek and Wilpinjong. MGB’s scope of works included production and production check of scheme design, and provision of commissioning design support. Jun 2008 – Sep 2008

Wollar Crossing Loop

MGB Signalling Ltd Wollar Project required the construction of a new crossing loop at Wollar interfacing with existing interlockings at Kerrabee and Coggan Creek. MGB’s scope of works included production and production check of scheme design, and provision of commissioning design support. Apr 2008 – Jun 2008

Balrai and Bhadan Stations

Ansaldo-STS India Indian Railways required the replacement of signalling and telecommunication assets and provision of automatic signalling on a busy route with 47 stations and nine large yards including Etawah. Balrai Station (km.1181.330) and Bhadan Station (km.1192.070) were located in the second phase of the project between Kaurara and Jaswant Nagar on the Etawah – Tundla Line. Aug to Sep 2008

Tom Price 11 Turnout

MGB Signalling Ltd Project involved the replacement of no. 11 turnout at Tom Price Yard in Western Australia with a Swing Nose Frog using two Westinghouse TD84M machines. Apr - Jun 2008

Bletchley – Milton Keynes

MGB Signalling Ltd Project involved the provision of 40 new SSI location cases to replace the existing GEC geographical signalling on the Bletchley- Milton Keynes section of the UK West Coast Main Line.MGBI work included: Location case detailed designs for 40 new SSI cases. Oct 2007 to Dec 2008

Colchester-Clacton
